Escape Room puzzle

Had an awesome time at KeyMasters with a company outing. We split into two groups and both groups really enjoyed their rooms. We didn’t do the Christmas room but have heard good things about it as well. Overall cleanliness was great. Washroom was really clean as well. Would definitely go back to try the two rooms that I didn’t get a chance to try :).

Great rooms here! My group has done Mad Scientists and Santa’s Workshop. What I really like about this place is that since we have done so many rooms we had started to see a lot of the same types of puzzles, but here the puzzles are very unique and keep you on your toes! Rooms are very immersive as well, which I always love! Highly recommend!

How early should I arrive for my game?

Please arrive at 10-15 minutes prior to your game start time. Games will begin exactly at their start times and being late may cause you to have less time to play.

What is the cost of playing?

60 minute games = $28 (+ tax)

Your deposit is the cost of 1 player’s entry.

How old do you have to be?

There is no age limit. Games are recommended for players that are 10 or older. Players that are under 16 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver.

Am I playing with strangers?

NO! Absolutely not! Whatever amount of people you book and bring, that’s how many people get to play at once.

Is this a safe game to play?

Our Escape Rooms are 100% safe for all ages to play. We take the time to ensure your safety, but as players, you will need to follow our rules and instructions to have the safest game possible.

Can I just walk-in without a booking?

We are an appointment-based business, which mean we may not have someone always at the Escape Room at all times, if no one is scheduled to play. To make sure you are able to play a game, making a booking prior to arrival is best, as we cannot guarantee any availability when you arrive as well.

I need to cancel/change my booking…

Once you have booked a room, we have reserved a spot for you.

24+ Hour Notice:
There are no additional fees for rescheduling of games.
If you need to cancel, we can refund you or credit your deposit for a future Escape Room experience.

Less than 24 Hour Notice:
You will unfortunately be charged the cost of your deposit.

Can I be refused entry?

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any group or individual, at our own discretion. Unruly behaviour, rudeness, staff abuse, intoxication, destruction of property and any toxic behaviour will not be tolerated.
